Old Smokey Electric Smokers, Great Food, Easy To Use
For easy outdoor cooking and smoking it is hard to beat an Old Smokey Electric grill. The hassle of fussing over wood or charcoal, messing around with gas, and having to closely monitor your cooking all day is over. An Old Smokey Electric Grill covers all bases by utilizing an electric burner, and stainless steel construction to smoke your food to perfection. Similar in shape and size to a Brinkmann bullet smoker, but with one major difference, an Old Smokey Electric Grill has an electric element similar to what is in your oven on the bottom. This element heats up a chip tray where you put your choice of wood chips for flavor, a drip pan, and finally two levels of cooking surface to provide you with plenty of room to cook as much meat as you need. Perhaps the only missing feature is a rotisserie attachment to allow you to cook chicken or a roast rotisserie style. I wouldn't be surprised if this is in the future though. Old Smokey also makes a charcoal variety, just for convenience, the electric model is the way to go. Really, all you have to do is plug it in, put in some wood chips, add the meat and walk away. This great grill does the rest. Although purists scoff at the very idea of an electric smoker, ask anyone that has an Old Smokey Electric Grill, and I'm sure you'll find that nobody has ever complained about the terrific food that comes out of one of these things. They are fabulous! The unique shape of the top covers of the Old Smokey Electric Grill allow the natural juices of the meat to recirculate ending the need for water that all other grills require. Combined with your choice of wood varieties, you can come away with the most awe inspiring barbecue of the summer!
